Privacy notice
This page explains how AO Garcia Agency (“we,” “us”) handles information on aogarciaagency.com. This site is a recruiting page. It does not sell insurance and it does not host job applications itself. This notice is for transparency. It is not legal advice.
1. Who we are
AO Garcia Agency operates this recruiting website. We are an independently operated agency brand. We are not the corporate website for AO Globe Life or Globe Life Inc.

2. What this website collects
This site has no application form, account system, or newsletter signup of its own. We do not ask you to type your name, email, resume, or license number on this domain.
When you visit, our hosting provider may automatically receive standard technical data, such as:
- IP address and general location derived from it
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps
- Basic server logs used for security and uptime
We do not currently run advertising pixels or a marketing-cookie banner on this site. If we add analytics later (for example Google Analytics), we will update this notice.
3. When you click Attend the webinar
The main buttons on this site send you to a third-party webinar so you can attend a company career overview. That page is not hosted on aogarciaagency.com. If you later apply through Lever, Breezy, or a similar hiring tool, that provider collects the application on our behalf.
Anything you submit there — name, contact details, resume, work history, license information, interview answers — is collected by that provider on our behalf so we can consider you for a role. That tool has its own privacy policy. Read it before you apply:

We use that application data to review candidates, schedule Zoom interviews, run background or licensing checks where allowed, and keep hiring records. We do not sell applicant data.
4. Cookies and third-party tools on this site
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may process your IP address when those files are requested. See Google’s privacy policy for that service.
If you follow a link to Lever, Zoom, or another site, that site’s rules apply once you leave aogarciaagency.com.
5. How long we keep information
Server logs are kept only as long as the host retains them for security and operations, usually a short period.
Application files stay in our ATS for as long as we need them to recruit, consider you for other roles you might fit, and meet recordkeeping rules. You can ask us to delete or update that file using the contact below, subject to legal holds.
6. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Hiring tools (Lever, Breezy, or similar) that process applications for us
- The website host and security vendors that keep the site online
- Interview tools such as Zoom when a conversation is scheduled
- Regulators, insurers, or courts when the law requires it
- A successor if the agency is transferred, with notice where required
We do not sell personal information as that term is used in California or similar U.S. state laws, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising from this website.
7. Your choices
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and Florida), you may be able to ask us to:
- Confirm whether we have personal information about you
- Access or correct it
- Delete it, with legal exceptions
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Appeal a denial of those requests
Email privacy@aogarciaagency.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will need enough detail to find your record and verify it is you. You may use an authorized agent where state law allows it.
8. Children
This site is for adults exploring a career. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Security and international visitors
No website is perfectly secure. We use HTTPS and limit who on our team can see applicant files. If you apply from outside the United States, your information is processed in the U.S. by us and by our hiring vendors.
10. Changes
If we change how this site collects or uses information, we will update this page and the date above.
